Our No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable items, such as supplements, or non-consumable items, such as shakers, unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

We reserve the right to reject refund or replacement claims if evidence suggests the product has been deliberately damaged, misused, or altered from its original condition.


Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@fuelsupplements.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the issue to help us resolve it promptly. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies only to unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. For peace of mind, we recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different product, please place a new order separately.


Delivery Claims

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at info@fuelsupplements.co.uk within 48 hours. We will assist you in investigating the matter with the courier.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
