- Once processed, orders are shipped within 48 hours.

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £30.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Shipping (UK): We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours of shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping but are working on this! Stay tuned for updates.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number once your package has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@fuelsupplements.co.uk. While we cannot be held responsible for courier delays, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Lost Parcel/Doorstep Theft Policy
Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by our carrier (EVRI), we consider the delivery complete. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, Fuel Supplements cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen from doorsteps or other delivery locations after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Tracking Information We provide tracking information for all orders. We strongly recommend that customers monitor their tracking information and arrange to be present at the time of delivery.
Safe Delivery Recommendations If you're concerned about package security, we strongly recommend:
- Having your order delivered to a workplace or location where someone is present
- Using EVRI's pickup locations or parcel shops instead of home delivery
- Providing specific delivery instructions for a secure/hidden location
- Arranging delivery for a day when you know you'll be home
- Using a trusted neighbour's address if you're frequently away
Claims Process If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbours and other household members
- Check alternative delivery locations (back door, side entrance, etc.)
- Contact EVRI directly with your tracking number to confirm delivery details
Policy on Stolen Packages Fuel Supplements cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently stolen. This policy is necessary as EVRI does not allow us to claim for packages stolen after delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@fuelsupplements.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and provide return instructions if approved.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
